In consideration of the services provided by Miller Mud Boggs LLC, Miller Trust, their agents, owners, officers, volunteers and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf, I hereby agree to release, indemnify and discharge Miller Mud Boggs LL/Miller Trust on behalf of myself, my spouse, my children, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives

The risks include, among other things: Slips and falls, rough terrain and colliding with objects or other people. Participants may be jolted, jarred, bounced, thrown about and otherwise shaken. It is possible that participants could be injured if contact is made with other participants, equipment or other objects. Accidents and/or illness may occur during the event with full knowledge of being in a remote venue without medical facilities nearby. Injuries can be sustained from the terrain. Holes, bumps, ruts, obstacles or rocks do exist and sprains, strains, broken bones and musculoskeletal injuries that include head, neck and back injuries, cuts, abrasions and bruises, cardiac-related illnesses, equipment failure, exhaustion, eyes damage or loss may occur. Exposure to the elements of the outdoors and natural surroundings may include insect bites, hypothermia, heat related illness, sunburn, dehydration, exposure to potentially dangerous animals and hazardous plant life.

Miller Mud Boggs LL/Miller Trust is not responsible for the negligence of participants or other people who may be present. I am responsible for my own physical condition and physical exertion associated with this activity. I understand and acknowledge that I may be physically removed from the premises should I behave in an unsafe manner based on the perception of the event staff. Wreckless/disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and immediate removal from the property will be enforced with no refund.

1. I acknowledge my participation in Miller Mud Bogg LLC/Miller Trust event activities entails known and unknown unanticipated risks that could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death or damage to myself, my property or to third parties.

2. I expressly agree and assume all risks existing in this activity.

3. 1 agree to wear a properly fitted and secured DOT or SNELL certified helmet while participating at this event.

4. I certify I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I may incur or cause while participating, or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage. I further certify I am willing to assume the risk of any medical or physical condition I may have.

5. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miller Mud Boggs LL/Miller Trust from any and all claims, demands or causes of action which are in any way connected with participation in this event or use of Miller Mud Boggs LL/Miller Trust equipment or facilities including any such claims which allege negligence or omissions of Miller Mud Boggs LL/Miller Trust.

6. In the event 1 file a lawsuit against Miller Mud Boggs LL/Miller Trust, I agree to do so in the state of California. I further agree the substantive laws of the state apply in the action without regard to the conflict of law rules of that state.

I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining document shall be used in full force and effect.

BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, I ACKNOWLEDGE IF ANYONE IS HURT OR PROPERTY IS DAMAGED DURING MY PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT, I MAY BE FOUND BY A COURT OF LAW TO HAVE WAIVED MY RIGHT TO MAINTAIN A LAWSUIT AGAINST MILLER MUD BOGGS LL/MILLER TRUST ON THE BASIS OF ANY CLAIM FROM WHICH I HAVE RELEASE FROM HEREIN. I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS DOCUMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS
